What areas do you primarily serve?
Conroe, The Woodlands, and Spring, Texas are our primary service areas. We create balloon arches and event decor for parties throughout these communities.
Do you deliver to Houston and surrounding areas?
Yes! We deliver to Houston and surrounding areas within 60 miles of central The Woodlands. A delivery fee applies based on your event address. Enter your address when booking to check availability and see your fee before payment.
How much is delivery?
Delivery within 20 miles of central The Woodlands is included. Beyond that, delivery is $25–$100, depending on your event address, up to our 60-mile delivery limit. You'll see the exact fee before payment.
Is setup included?
Yes! Setup is always included with your balloon decor package. Any delivery fee is separate and depends on your event address.
Can you work with my budget?
Yes! We can tailor the design to your budget with a smaller garland, fewer balloons, fewer specialty balloons, or non-branded balloons.
What is included in the standard quote?
Our standard quote includes branded balloons in a variety of sizes for a fuller look, plus setup service.
What does “balloon garland with depth” mean?
We use different balloon sizes to create a fuller, more dimensional look.
Where can I send my inspiration photos?
Send your inspiration photos directly to our PartyShane messaging number. We’d love to see what you have in mind!
Can I use my own decor?
Yes! Please send us a photo beforehand so we can confirm it will work with your setup.

Can I add more balloons on setup day?
Possibly, depending on availability. We recommend requesting any additions before your event day.
Can I pick up my balloon garland?
Yes! Pickup is available if you’d prefer to set it up yourself.
Do you offer teardown?
Yes! Teardown is available for event locations within 20 miles of The Woodlands.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes! A deposit secures your date, and full payment is due before setup begins.
